I loved these places! That was a great memory. Who got these? Then, at checkout, a GIANT jawbreaker that I would lick and gnaw on for weeks and leave sitting around the house in a wad of paper towels, waiting for my next gnaw. Another Detroit fan! As I ate my portion of the zoo I used to stare at my little plastic animals and think, wow, somebodies gonna choke on this. In fact, I helped open the place in the summer of I worked behind the fountain both summers and made I-don't-know-how-many zoos. And that huge ice cream platter was great - it was full of every different kind of ice cream. My sons would have loved them!
